Building a Brand Beacon for the
World’s First Solar Autopilot

AregAI — the AI-powered solar asset management platform developed by Areg Technologies Inc. - came to the World Future Energy Summit at ADNEC Abu Dhabi with a category-defining claim to make. The platform is positioned as the world’s first Solar Autopilot, a full-stack AI operations system that integrates drones, robots, sensors, and a live digital twin to run utility-scale solar plants. The brief to Strokes Exhibits was to translate that claim into physical presence on a show floor that would host 51,300+ attendees, 515 exhibitors, and 420+ VIP visits over four days.

WFES is the most consequential clean-energy gathering in the region. Government delegations, sovereign-wealth-backed energy buyers, utility-scale solar developers, IPPs, and 300+ thought leaders are all in one venue, all qualified, all making procurement and partnership decisions in compressed time windows. AregAI did not need a stand that decorated their booth space. They needed a stand that worked as a brand beacon - visible from anywhere in the hall - and as a live product demonstration zone that did the platform justice to anyone who walked up close.

Sun Logo as Architecture

AregAI’s brand mark is a stylised solar burst — segmented golden rays radiating from a centre. Strokes’ design team made one decisive creative move: take that mark, scale it to architectural size, and suspend it above the stand as a hall-spanning brand beacon. The logo did not appear on the stand. The logo became the stand. From any aisle approach, from any angle, from across the hall, the AregAI sun burst would be the first thing a visitor saw - lit from within, framing the words “WORLD’S FIRST SOLAR AI AUTOPILOT” in a continuous ring underneath.

Show-Stopper 01

Suspended Sun-Burst Aerial Fascia

The defining design move of the entire project. AregAI’s solar-burst brand mark, scaled to architectural size and internally illuminated, suspended directly above the stand. From the show entrance, from the far end of the hall, from the cafes and the registration zones — the AregAI fascia was the first thing a visitor noticed. A continuous illuminated ring beneath it carried the brand line “World’s First Solar AI Autopilot” in legible, hall-wide type. In a 515-exhibitor show, that level of vertical brand visibility is the single most decisive investment a stand can make.

Show-Stopper 02

Illuminated Portal Arches

Curved orange archway frames descended from the suspended fascia ring down to the stand floor, creating a portal - visitors did not walk onto a stand, they walked through an opening that framed the experience. The arches doubled as integrated light-line architecture, glowing along their inner edge to draw the eye forward.

Show-Stopper 03

Live Autonomous Robot Demonstration Zone

This is what separated the AregAI stand from every other technology booth in the hall. A working autonomous solar field robot - the same robot AregAI deploys at utility-scale solar sites - lived on the stand floor as a live, moving demonstration. Visitors did not read about the technology. They watched it operate. That single decision turned the stand from a brand activation into a product-credibility statement.

Feature 04

Digital Twin LED Wall

A large-format landscape LED wall ran cinematic footage of utility-scale solar farms and live screens of the AregAI digital-twin platform interface, so visitors could see the same software the world’s solar operators run on their control-room screens.

Feature 05

Working Solar Panel Rig

A real, mounted solar panel array sat on the stand floor as a working demonstration surface for the autonomous robot to interact with — product context, not stage dressing.

Feature 06

Distributed Hosted-Meeting Pods

Multiple desk-pod arrangements distributed around the perimeter let business-development teams run partner, distributor, and IPP conversations in parallel, each pod with its own screen and AregAI-branded backdrop. The hosted layout was deliberate - WFES is a buyer’s show, and the stand was built around closing meetings, not pulling crowds.

Making live robotics, solar technology,
and digital intelligence work as one.

The hardest part of any technology stand is doing two things at once: making the brand visible from the far side of a 25,000 sqm hall, and making the product credible at conversation distance. Most contractors solve for one and compromise the other. AregAI’s brief did not allow that compromise.

The stand also had to host a live autonomous robot demonstration on the floor and a working solar panel rig - both real product, not props - alongside an LED wall running the digital-twin platform interface. Power, data, lighting, safety boundaries for the robot path, and clear sightlines for hosted conversations all had to be sequenced into the same footprint without compromising the architectural impact. ADNEC build windows are tight, the rigging approval process is rigorous, and the suspended fascia at the heart of the design demanded structural sign-off before a single chain went up.

1
Rigging & Truss First

Structural elements, truss, and suspended screen arrays were prioritised in the first window — every downstream trade depended on sign-off here.

2
Crown-Drum & Carpentry

The bespoke ruby-glass crown-drum centrepiece, carpentry finishes, and the rope pavilions followed in tightly overlapped phases.

3
AV, LED & Screen Integration

LED and screen integrators, AV technicians, and graphic installers worked in parallel — content-loading and calibration completed in sequence.

4
Protected Horticulture Window

The 20-tonne live tree installation was scheduled into a protected late-stage window after all dust-generating works were fully closed out.

5
Moving-Light Programming & Final QC

The moving-light rig was programmed in the final run-up to opening. By show day: clean, calibrated, content-loaded, trading-ready — zero snag list.

The AregAI stand was one of the most visible installations
of WFES - a brand beacon in a hall built for global-scale energy commerce.

Hall-Wide Brand Visibility

The suspended sun-burst fascia made AregAI the most identifiable brand from any approach in the hall. In a 515-exhibitor show, that level of recall is the difference between being on a buyer’s shortlist and being on their notebook.

Built for the Show’s Most Concentrated Commercial Audience

The AregAI stand sat at the intersection of the show’s most concentrated commercial traffic - 51,300+ attendees, 302 thought leaders, and 420+ VIP visits across four days. The stand architecture was designed to convert that traffic into hosted conversations.

Live Product Credibility on the Floor

The live autonomous robot, the working solar panel rig, and the digital-twin LED wall turned the stand into a working demonstration of what “Solar Autopilot” actually means — not a slide, an operating product on the floor.

Hosted-Meeting Capacity at Scale

Multiple parallel desk-pods absorbed AregAI’s buyer, partner, and distributor conversations in parallel, without compromising on focus or sightlines.

"The stand wasn't just the biggest at Beautyworld Middle East 2025 — it was the most experiential. Strokes Exhibits understood our vision from day one and translated it into something that stopped people in their tracks."
